TV watching can help you exercise…

5It really can. That is if you don’t sit on your butt and watch it. One of my guilty afternoon shows is Ellen. Not that there is anything wrong with watching Ellen, it’s just I know I should be working or making dinner or something besides watching Ellen. The best part of her show is usually the monologue and first sketches. So if you put a stationary bike in front of the TV for this part, then it’s not so bad! I am lucky to have a stationary bike. But you could also walk on the spot. Anything to get the body moving. I also try to speed up during the commercials, so treat the show like interval training. Makes it more fun!!

Today’s challenge is to combine exercise with something you love (preferably not something bad that you love!).
