Penne with Tuna and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
This recipe is my favourite when I really don’t have time to defrost meat (or don’t have any in the house!). We usually seem to have a can of tuna, so throw in some pasta and sun-dried tomatoes and it becomes a nice meal. I usually add pine nuts, spinach, and anything else to give it a new twist each time.
