Ball exercise workoutExercise ball workouts are great… and humbling. That ball never stays still and when you get tired, and you start to shake, it is not very forgiving. But you do get a great core workout from the ball and as I approach my 50s I know I need to keep that core in better shape. Remember to watch your body position and don’t overdue it if you haven’t used the ball before.
