I’m a year out from being 50, so what better time to really kick some butt (at least my own) and make exercise something fun and routine. This will be my most difficult challenge! But I plan to post lots of different workout options. Click here for my list to date.

30 Day Fitness Challenges

30 day challengesThese fitness posters look interesting. I do like the 30 day fitness challenges, and there are many of them on the internet.  Just be careful as I find that some increase the activity level way too high in 30 days. So listen to your body.
